What we do for your online shop

Today, to open an online shop, you usually choose between two roads. The first is the platforms: you sign up, pick a theme, upload the products one by one, buy apps for the features that are missing and leave a percentage of every sale. The second is an agency that builds you a custom shop, with a four- or five-figure quote and a maintenance fee that comes round every year.

We offer a third road. The shop runs on a system of our own, ready and already compliant. We do the set-up: we load the catalogue, configure shipping and VAT, write the pages and connect the payments. The price is written in the quote, depends on the catalogue and you pay it once, whatever you sell.

We work with all kinds of shops: boutiques, hardware stores, delicatessens, wine shops, bookshops, herbalists, homeware shops, artisans selling what they make, showrooms that want to show their catalogue before the visit.

We load the catalogue

Almost every shopkeeper who tries to sell online gets stuck on the catalogue. Loading two hundred products by hand, with photos, description, variants and price, means two weeks of evenings. And with every new price list you start again.

We only need what you already have: the folder of photos and a file with the products, whether it is an Excel sheet, a CSV or the export from the software you use in the shop. Our importer recognises the most common columns on its own, even when they are called «Denominazione», «Codice articolo» or «Prezzo di vendita», reads prices written with a comma, keeps multi-line descriptions together and matches each photo to its product, by code or by name.

If something doesn’t add up, we flag it instead of guessing. A photo that matches no product, a row with no name, an unreadable price: they go on a «to fix» list, and we look at them together before going live.

If you are coming from another online shop, from WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify, the product export is exactly the file we need. We move the catalogue to the new shop without loading it again by hand.

Zero commission: you pay rent, not a percentage

A shop in the city centre pays rent to the owner of the building, and no landlord asks for 15% of the takings. Online, though, it has become normal: marketplaces keep a percentage of every sale, some platforms add a commission if you don’t use their payment system, and apps are paid for separately.

With us the online shop is yours. Customers pay with PayPal or by card and the money goes straight into your account, without passing through us. You pay for the shop once: if you sell twice as much next year, you owe us nothing.

What the online shop does

Every product has its own page, built for Google and for sharing on WhatsApp: photos, price, variants such as size and colour, technical details, availability. At the bottom of the page come similar products from the same category, for anyone who hasn’t yet found what they were looking for.

In the shop window, in rotation, the system puts on display by itself the products that haven’t sold for a few weeks. Often a product that isn’t selling isn’t too expensive: simply nobody sees it. This way everything takes its turn in the window, without you having to choose.

The cart stays even if the customer closes the page and comes back the next day. Payment happens on the page, with no registration required.

Prices, discounts and sales that comply with the law

There are two kinds of discount, as in a real shop: the one on a single product, with start and end dates, and the one on the whole shop, for the sales or Black Friday. When both apply, the product discount wins, so a 40% discount in a shop at 20% off stays at 40%, never 52% by mistake.

The law (the EU Omnibus directive) requires the struck-through price to be the lowest of the last thirty days, not a full price written at will. The shop keeps its own price history and strikes through the right figure: you set the discount, the system takes care of the rest.

The same price appears in four places: in the product list, on the product page, in the cart and in the information Google reads. There is only one calculation, so the figure is always the same.

Shipping: you set the rules

Logistics are yours: you choose the courier, pack the parcel and send it. The online shop works out what the customer has to pay, with three rules: the shipping cost, the threshold above which shipping is free, and pickup at the shop or the warehouse.

Next to the cost box you will find what it really costs to ship a small parcel in Italy, with and without a courier contract. At the start many people get this price wrong, and lose money on every order.

The cart total, shipping included, is exactly what you take in, to the cent.

The shipping cost

What the customer pays, set by you.

Free above a threshold

Above an amount you choose, shipping is free.

In-store pickup

VAT, flat-rate scheme and invoices

Prices are shown with VAT included, as the law requires for those selling to consumers. Each product has its own rate, 22%, 10%, 5% or 4%, and in the order the tax is kept separate from the taxable amount, ready for your accountant.

If you are on the flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario), one switch turns VAT off: nothing is split out in the shop or in the orders, and the rates disappear from the admin panel.

The online shop’s stock, with barcodes

Stock is one number per product. If you work to order you leave it empty and sell without limits; if you use it, at zero the product stays online marked «sold out», because the link is already on Google and on WhatsApp.

To correct it all you need is your phone: in the Products section you point the camera at the barcode, the product opens and you go up or down with the arrows. What you sell online is deducted automatically.

If you also sell over the counter and want a single stock, where an in-store sale is also deducted from the website, there is the built-in business software.

Orders, payments and emails

The customer pays with PayPal or by card on the page. The order arrives in the admin panel already paid, with the shipping address. An email goes to the customer, with what they bought, how much they paid, where it is going and the fourteen days to withdraw, and one to you, showing how much of the takings is shipping.

There are two statuses: paid and shipped. When the parcel leaves you tap a button and the customer is notified.

Terms of sale and withdrawal, under the 2026 rules

The terms of sale fill themselves in from your details: who is selling, prices, shipping, payments, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, the two-year legal guarantee, complaints.

From 2026 every online shop must have a clearly visible withdrawal function, in two steps, with an automatic receipt by email. Your shop already has it: the customer fills it in, confirms, gets the receipt, and you get a notification with their address so you can reply.

A fast shop that Google finds

The shop’s pages are ready in advance and served from servers all over Europe, so they open straight away, on phones too. A fast shop sells more, and Google ranks it higher.

Every product contains the information Google uses to show price and availability right in the results, and every page is written around what people actually search for.

How much an online shop costs in Milan

You pay for the shop once, and it is yours. The price grows with the catalogue, with no tiers: the more products you have, the less each one costs. A very large catalogue brings more work afterwards too, so it has a surcharge that grows slowly, up to 50% at 10,000 products, written in the quote.

For the sales, for Christmas or for a season you add new products yourself from the panel, or we load them for you separately.

The price includes the shop and loading the catalogue from the files you already have. The domain is separate. Above 2,000 products a fee is added to look after the shop every day: it grows with the catalogue up to €650 a month from 10,000 products upwards.

If you want us to manage the products afterwards too, updates and prices included, it is €59 a month. Here you find the price for every catalogue, with the calculator.

Products count, not variants: a shoe in eight sizes is one item. You pay for it once, catalogue loading included, and the shop is yours. The domain is separate.

Who it is for

For shops that want to sell beyond the shop window, in and around Milan as well as in the rest of Italy. For artisans who sell what they make, for anyone with a catalogue in their business software that has never gone online, for anyone with a WooCommerce shop that breaks with every update.

For those selling a few chosen pieces as much as for those with ten thousand products: the price follows the catalogue.

How we work

It starts with a video call, no commitment: you tell us how many products you have and where you keep them today. Then we write you the quote, with the price of the shop: in Milan we bring it to your premises and go through it sitting at a table, outside Milan on a video call. When it works for you, we sign the contract. You send us the folder of photos and the price list file, we build the shop, you see a preview and tell us what to change. We connect your PayPal account and the shop opens.

E-commerce: frequently asked questions

How much does an online shop cost?

You pay for it once and it is yours: the price depends on the number of products and includes loading the catalogue. The examples are on this page. Above 2,000 products a fee to look after it is added, up to €650 a month. Zero commission on sales.

Who uploads the products?

We do. You send us the folder of photos and the product file, an Excel sheet or the export from your business software, and we build the catalogue. It is included in the price of the shop.

Do you take a percentage of sales?

No. Payments go into your account, and you pay for the shop once.

Can I move to Keepyz from WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify?

Yes. The product export from your old platform is the file we need to move the catalogue to the new shop.

I am on the flat-rate scheme: does the online shop still work?

Yes. One switch turns VAT off in the shop and in the orders.

Do I decide the shipping costs?

Yes: you set the cost, the free-shipping threshold and in-store pickup. You choose the courier.

Is the shop compliant on withdrawal and struck-through prices?

Yes. Terms of sale, a withdrawal button with receipt and the price history for struck-through prices are already there.

How long until the shop is online?

It depends on how many products you have and how the files are kept. We tell you in writing along with the quote, after the video call.
