Dhyana Refomer · Reformer Pilates studio
Dhyana Refomer: clients book, pay and sign the forms by themselves, and the front desk has much less work left.
A small-group Reformer Pilates studio, with several instructors, three different classes and an international clientele. Bookings, credits, forms, till, instructors and website all sit in one system.

The problem
Three different classes, each with its own credits. Who can book what, how many credits they have left, who has paid and who has signed the form: before, it all sat between WhatsApp, notes and the memory of whoever was at the counter.
What the client does
They enter their area with a link they receive by email, no password. They see the classes with time, instructor and places left, and book several at once. If they have their own instructor, they follow them.
Credits are different for each type of class, and clients buy them by themselves. If they don’t have enough, they buy only the ones missing and the booking stays as it was. Sign-up form, medical history and consents are filled in from the phone.
What the studio does
The first screen is the day. From the calendar you add, repeat, move or cancel a class, and the clients concerned are notified automatically. Every client has their own record. The till handles counter credits, takings, receipts and refunds. Instructors have classes, shifts and pay in the same place.
And the website, in English and Chinese, sits in the same dashboard: the owner changes text, prices and packages herself, without going through us.
How it went
Clients book, buy credits and fill in forms by themselves. What is left for the front desk is welcoming people and looking after the classes.
What the owner says
«You guys made me feel like I got more than my money’s worth, and I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends.»
